O Sir Robson, seguia em 1º lugar no campeonato...
José Mourinho servia o slb, após um golo de João Tomás frente ao nosso Sporting, festejou exuberantemente esse momento de jogo. Foi o suficiente para uma franja de adeptos, "invadir" as instalações e impedir que o melhor treinador português de todos os tempos, um dos melhores de sempre a nível mundial, representasse o nosso clube.
André Villas-Boas esteve com contrato promessa assinado pelo Sporting. Acabou no porto...
Todos estes treinadores tiveram por trás o... sistema.
Este sistema é mais importante que qualquer estrutura dentro de um clube.
No entanto, colocando de parte o sistema, tivemos estes treinadores a representar ou prestes a representar o nosso clube. E desperdiçamos por falta de sagacidade, incompetência, falta de firmeza dos nossos dirigentes...
Mas não só, algumas franjas de adeptos, colocam as suas "convicções partidárias" acima dos interesses do clube. Alguns, defendem uma ideia e fazem tudo para que essa ideia esteja correcta, mesmo que na base da convicção da ideia, esteja a derrota do Sporting. Minam, fazem guerrilha com artes de "terrorismo com armas químicas".
Vangloriando-se no final..."eu é que tinha razão..."
Veja-se o caso Sá Pinto:
Entrou e recuperou a equipa animicamente.
Venceu todos os jogos em casa.
Eliminou de forma categórica o campeão inglês.
Levou a equipa de forma brilhante à meia final da LE.
Mas... perdeu a final da taça...
As tais franjas de adeptos sentenciou: "é despedir já..."
A época começou e o Sá Pinto trouxe um novo paradigma ao futebol do Sporting, que seria de aplicação de forma transversal e estrutural.
Os resultados da pré-época não foram os melhores...
"Rua, rua, rua..."
O ambiente começou a ficar minado...
Enquanto a larga maioria desejava que as vitórias aparecessem e fossem a "sapatada" desejada, outros a tal minoria ruidosa, assumindo posições nas trincheiras, pedia a todos os santos a derrota do ... Sporting.
Os resultados não apareceram, o futebol do Sporting não foi melhorando como seria desejável. A derrota frente ao Videoton e, fundamentalmente a exibição desgarrada, foram a "gota de água".
A direcção, entende que face à qualidade do plantel, aos fracos resultados e pouca capacidade demonstrada em inverter o rumo dos acontecimentos por parte do treinador, tinha chegado o fim de linha para Sá Pinto.
A mesma franja de adeptos que pedia de forma incessante a saída de Sá Pinto, assume outra "linha editorial" e diz "se Sá Pinto sai, é porque não há projecto... é altura de pedir eleições...".
Posto isto, pergunto:
Um treinador, ou mesmo, o melhor treinador possível a ser contratado, chega aos "terroristas" militantes?

ResponderEliminar1- As fracas estruturas directivas, não aguentando a pressão e não tendo, desculpem-me o termo, tomates (e também fracos projectos, mas não é por aí que tem corrido mal)
2- Aquele grupo de adeptos que mais parece doutro clube, sempre com o bota-abaixo e minando por dentro
Enquanto isto acontecer, não há treinador que resista. Veja-se o caso do porto...vai para lá o AVB (na altura não tinha provado nada nem tinha experiência nenhuma como treinador), o Vitor Pereira (quem??), e estes são só os mais recentes, e ganham tudo. Se estivessem no sporting se calhar não aguentavam e desciam de divisão..
Muito honestamente, não, não chega, o problema do Sporting é estrutural, e infelizmente não se resolve definitivamente com mudança de treinador.

Isto é um contra-senso. Desde que me lembro, e tenho 32anos de sócio, TODOS os treinadores despedidos que passaram pelo clube, foram-no por pressão dos adeptos, mas os culpados são sempre a Direcção que no momento está em funções(?). Já passaram grandes treinadores no clube e alguns muito bons não vieram ou por falta de dinheiro ou por pressão dos adeptos. Meus amigos, embora seja importante, isto não se trata do nome do treinador, do currículo do conhecimento ou não do futebol português. Trata-se de adeptos, que são como o Relvas, são doutorados em futebol em todas as suas áreas, e então, como são muitos mas cada um tem as suas simpatias, o seu estilo de jogo, as suas opções tecnico-táticas, o burro (treinador), que fôr contratado só tem uma hipótese de singrar: É ganhar, no princípio, no meio e no fim, de preferência por 10-0. O árbitro não conta, a liga e a federação não contam, a (in)justiça desportiva não conta, a falta de carcanhol não conta e os próprios sócios e adeptos não contam para o êxito do clube. Quando acontecem os desaires, aqui d`el Rei que o treinador é coxo e a culpa é da Direcção. Deita-se a Direcção abaixo, fazem-se novas eleições e volta tudo ao mesmo. É um círculo vicioso.
